This system provides a structured and methodical approach to effect permanent corrective action and prevents recurrence of the discrepancy. The benefit is an increase in customer satisfaction.

How and when<br><br>
The supplier caWeb system is used any time a supplier quality issue arises. Supplier quality issues include, but are not limited to, late deliveries, non-conforming material, incorrect labeling and line shutdown.

Suppliers are responsible for managing their own issues and response timing (according to the due date). This centralized system is accessible to all of our plants around the world and is the universal format for problem management...
